A completed Burial Rights AssignmentForm is the best way for an original owner (a married couple exercises joint ownership) or their heirs to clearly define whether a burial space will be used for full-body burial or cremated remains, and by whom. This Form can be completed with no charge by contacting the appropriate Cemetery Office. This work can be done by mail too.
Pricing
Crypt prices vary by specific location with inside chapel
spaces the most expensive. Inside corridor and outside garden, mall
or patio crypts are each lesser. Beyond the general location, crypt
spaces are priced according to tier — A-level crypts are at ground
level, then upward to B-level ("at the heart"), then C-level ("at the head") and so on. Generally, lower-level
crypts are more expensive than higher-level crypts.
